Love this post, even though it is 3 years old. looked at it and actually thought, Wow, Breath.. Then I started counting not knowing were to start to I started at 999 million took a moment and then said "Breath" and started laughing so much it put a smile on my face. Thanks for that today.

So true about taking a deep breath. I think I figured out the original intent of the intrepid Nobody From Nowheresville.

Let me try to translate:

moment.

There, there, there.

I think they are talking about focusing on the moment, and fact that our lives are an endless collection of moments, and so we should value them and pay attention to them. Really, quite a beautiful thought.
