Hey D, I have not, but I did look it up on the internet and it sounds like and interesting book. have you tried it?

I see a psych and take meds, but that does not always help.Recently it is hard to get out of bed and get motivated to do anything. I sit and draw for hours so my mind doesnt take me where I don't want to go.

Not sure why your asking, hope this helps.
Take care,

Hey Niteflier,

Yes I have the book, and it has helped me. Can't speak for others - which is why I brought it up. I still have dark periods, but when I get real down I go back to parts and it helps some.

Thank you D, I will give it a try and let you know how it works out.

Take care and thank you for sharing.

My therapist recommended it to me. I'm going to go get it today. It looks like something I could use for life.
