Hey D, I have not, but I did look it up on the internet and it sounds like and interesting book. have you tried it?
I see a psych and take meds, but that does not always help.Recently it is hard to get out of bed and get motivated to do anything. I sit and draw for hours so my mind doesnt take me where I don't want to go.
