Would like to try arm testing. Where exactly should I start ( dont say on the arm)

In the instructions that came with my meter, it indicates on the top of the forearm an inch or two in front of the elbow. Remember to test only on fingertips when a low is suspected because the number may be higher as you get farther away from the fingers.

When I first read this post I thought you said "arm wrestling".

Try the underside of the forearm, not too close to your wrist, in the "meaty" part of your arm.
