How low is low-

And does it vary for person to person? My fasting this morning was 68 and that is nice and low for me. 2 hours after breakfast I am at 121 which I know is great.

IMO, 68 is borderline low, vergeing on the edge of what could be a precipice. Are you on medication? Do you tend to have hypo episodes?

Anything below 70 is considered "low". Depending whether you are on your way up or down will dictate if you treat or not. Don't forget variability in the meter as well. You might in fact be lower than that.

A fasting glucose reading of 68 is just a bit low. Try to keep it above 70. The normal range for FBG is 70 - 99.
