food suggestions for when I don't feel like eating

4 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes. There are times when my blood sugar is low and I just don't want to eat or cook or deal with food at all. In the past, when those times happened, I didn't bother about eating - now I know I have to eat. Can anyone recommend food that can be eaten easily, doesn't required cooking - I have been eating small quanties of nuts, but that grows tiresome and they are high in fat. There are times when food and dealing with it becomes overwhelming! If someone has any ideas or suggestions on how to deal with this, I would welcome them!

Some good snacks are: yogurt sprinkled with some berries or sliced almonds; peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread; string cheese; hard boiled egg; a small salad with tuna. You can see all of these are minimal prep.
