This morning at 1 am my sugar was 135 and at 5 am fasting- it was 185. Should I get up and have a snack at night? I hate to get into that habit. Maybe eating a little more at dinner? Last night I only had around 8-`10 for dinner.I dont think it was enough to get me through the night.

Barb - try having a snack before bedtime...perhaps a little cheese or peanut butter and a few whole grain crackers. Or a handful of nuts and half an apple, or some low carb yogurt with a few berries. That may help.
