hello group How are you all doing?I hope each every one is taking care of himself dated time if not you will have probably two diabetes in worse, the main thing I learned here on the web M.D. control control your diabetes, that's the key. I know for me when I'm stressed and composing over mom more everything. I don't take care of myself and get my sugar at whack. But I saw my psychiatrist today and I told him everything what's going on with me for the past three months. I was very truthful and honest. He gave me new meds for my anxiety as needed. I take that before I know I'm getting anxiety over mom and the composing. I took my first dose at 4pm had a few side effects, dry mouths, headaches, dizzy that's about it maybe I could not sleep the reason why I'm up, yes David I had insurance but not collision, but I want to move on and not talk about accident anymore. I get pop-up survey once in a while but not to much with Firefox. Maybe that's the key will help the problem for others use Firefox. PS group tonight was a very nice conversation with mom. I sent her a letter in this nail mail today to apologize how my behavior was when accident occur, how I hurt her so bad, there's a lot of things I have to change in me. 1, selfish 2. Consider with others. 3. Lazy 4. How I speak on the phone with other professionals. I'm willing to improve my mental illness is severe but one day at time, tiny step today I made some improvement, it's going to take time for people especially mom to trust me again. I know I can do it just have to work hard. Den

Den, you nailed it: One day at a time. That's all any of us have, really.

Hi Den. I think you have done really well considering all you have on your plate. Just keep on fighting and when the world knocks you down- just keep getting back up. Thats what makes you a winner!!

Be aware that most anti-anxiety medications (benzo's) have side effects, can become addictive, and are difficult from which to withdraw.
