Why Should I Keep A Food Record?

Dr. Dansinger started insisting that his patients keep food records - they started losing excess weight much more reliably and had much better chance of reversing their type 2 diabetes or prediabetes.

Do you (or have you ever) keep a food record? Does it work for you?
