I ask because you have left here and then joined another board group and immediately stopped going there. Are you okay? Is your diabetes okay?

When you stopped coming here you did have a lot of health issues so it makes me wonder if you are okay?
I shall wait upon the Lord and renew my strength.

Thanks Deb for thinking of me, but it was time for me to leave both places. I ruined everyone's life here my mom that I call mom doesn't talk to me anymore, no not okay ever since I stopped walk working I've been very depressed but managing to all my groups men's group real life to get support, but my diabetes is failing not so good but by caseworker decided me to start Meals on Wheels program, he notice eat horrible in my house, he's only one I knew that the true how I was eating, yes my mom tried to help me over and over but she couldn't tell what was going on by phone, that's what's going on deb I'm not doing good but I'm trying take it step-by-step with my mental illness I guess this time around I'm trying that was really nice of you to think about me deb.

Meals on Wheels are good for you but you need to ask for the diabetic ones or your sugars will soar.

I know they them, you need to ask for them. I was on them for 3 months after my neck surgery when I got home and my sugars were fine on them. Take care of yourself.
