hello group again, I've been starting to eat more fruit
no denial anymore in my health, it's a learning experience

Den, fruit is good for you, but contains lots of carbohydrates, So you need to be sure you don't eat too much: Grapes...about 12 is 15 gms carb; cherries, 10 -12, 15 gms; 1/2 orange, about 15 gms, 1/2 medium apple, 15 gms. (These are approximations; my point is you need to watch your intake so you get the good taste, the fiber, and the vitamins, but not too much sugar.)
