My sugar is sometimes quite low in the morning.. 50-60. But when I eat, and eat very healthy with maybe 25-30 carbs it shoots way up and stays high throughout the day. It is difficult for me to get it under 200 during the day...

Are you Type I or Type II? Do you use insulin? Do you use any oral medications? That would make it easier to offer suggestions.

I am type 2 but I am insulin dependent. I use 22 units of Levemir at night. Just once a day so far. I also take actos in the morning and metphormin in the morning and evening. I eat very healthy, exercise and I am not overweight. I try very hard to control everything correctly, but sometimes it just goes wacko! Thank you!
