Good luck with your new outlook on life. To get started and learn more about Type 2 diabetes, check out Dr. Michael Dansinger's tips and discussions. He has written a lot of very good advice that, if you read it and work to understand it, you will improve your blood sugars.

First of all thank you David and Michelle for your reply, David to control my diabetes just for today drinking more water, that's a start, my wheels on meals diabetic friendly, on Friday I want to go food shopping and my goal for my diabetes today is drink plenty of water so I can get rid of my chest cold, I got diabetic friendly cold congestion mucus medicine.I know this journey is not to be easy one. plus my exercise for today was cleaning house top to bottom.

PS web M.D. on top of this page on the right when we login, it takes us to the full-page of the web M.D. why. I have a bookmark on Firefox is that how it's supposed to work when you login, just wondering?

sorry I did answer question, last doctor visit was 7.9 but in the past it was 5.5 before that it was 8, it's better than before last time it was 7.9. I know I should get a lower but before I got sick this week I was walking 35 min. a day
