any one know's whats going to happen next when i see my dr?

Your doctor should tell you what your test results are. Then he/she should encourage you to get more exercise and to eat a healthy diet low in carbohydrates. Depending on your test results, your doctor may want to start you on an oral medication such as Metformin. Ask your doctor about seeing a dietician, nutritionist or Certified Diabetes Educator.
