    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I had an A1C at the Dr's office two week ago this Wed. I still have no results!!! I have called the office so many times and nothing. The nurse will not tell what lab they use. I am not officially diagnosed with Diabetes and this is frustrating me. I drank 2 quarts of water on Friday I was so thirsty. I have been gaining unusual amounts of weight, extreme fatigue. I need answers and cannot get them, any suggestions on what to do? Thank you!

That is way too long to wait. My doctor receives my lab results the following day...electronically.

    Hello again.

Can you change primary doctors under your health care insurance plan? That is what I would do. I've done it a few times over the years and each time it proved to be a very good choice.

Have you had fasting glucose tests done on two separate day? That is the typical test used to diagnose diabetes?
