Hello.

A poll on an internet message board is not going to help you get the information you need.

First, see your doctor and discuss all this with him/her. Get a referral to a Certified Diabetes Educator, Nutritionist or Dietician.

Read through the excellent WebMD Diabetes Health Center here: http://diabetes.webmd.com/default.htm

Search the internet for information about Type 2 Diabetes.

Learn how to change your lifestyle and manage your health condition(s). You can do it.
