    OT: What time did your Monday start?

    Too early for me today! See photo below of the horrible numbers I saw on the clock when my eyes popped open for good this morning.

    What time does your day usually start? Is it consistent or do you sleep in some days, up early other?

    I typically go to bed a 10 or 11pm and I am up at 7am almost everyday. Sunday I actually slept in it was 11am when I woke up that was 12 hrs of straight sleeping.

    Whoa Deb - 12 in a row - how did you feel? It seems like I might have super human strength or x-ray vision if I ever got that much shut eye!

    Haylen, I felt like I was totally out of it all day. I was thankful I didn't have anything to do that day. I awoke looked at the clock in total shock, I called my girlfriend because I didn't believe the time, took my sugar as usual and it was 77 so I had to eat.

    Apparently my body needed the extra sleep but I woke up feeling like I never slept 10 mins. Strange as it might be that is just how my body works. When I get only 5 hrs I feel like I slept forever bright eyed and bushy tail. But not with 12 hrs. Even with my normal 8 to 9 hrs of sleep I'm tired all day but I force myself to stay awake until bedtime.
    I shall wait upon the Lord and renew my strength.

    Wow, Deb! I haven't slept that long in many decades!

    I usually get 6-7 hours of sleep if I am lucky. You'd think with all the crap I've been through that is supposed to make you tired, that I would sleep like a log. There is hope, though. Last night I napped in my chair for about 90 minutes then went to bed an hour later and slept almost 8 hours. I fell asleep around 11:30 and woke up at 7:15, much to my surprise.

    One would think in your situation you would be sleeping all the time I am glad you are able to get some sleep. I wish mine was sound sleep or true sleep, but I never go into the rem sleep we need my brain wakes up every 3 mins all night long, I don't physically wake up but my brain doesn't shut off no matter what I do. They call it brain arousal's, some kind of neurological defect, there is no cure it is just the way it works.
