Not quite sure what you mean by "reject." Was there an allergic reaction? Or is the insulin not working to bring your numbers down?

What type of insulin? 24/7? By this, I mean is the insulin you are taking supposed to work 24 hours, seven days a week? Medium-acting insulin? Rapid-acting insulin? All sorts of insulins out there that do different jobs for your diabetes to be in control.

Need more info to give you some sort of response. Not quite sure what you are asking.
