metformin and B12

Was just reading that acid blocking medicines like metformin can reduce your absorption of B12. I do not know about other diabetes meds. I guess it would be a good idea to know if the diabetes (or blood pressure) med you are taking might deplete some vitamins.

I am not on diabetic meds or blood pressure meds and I just found out I am on the lower side of B12, Folate and D3.

I do know that I have a sun sensitivity and can't get the D from the sun so I am on 2,000mg a day and still low.
I shall wait upon the Lord and renew my strength.
