I just saw a recipe for "Diabetic Friendly Corn and Potato Chowder" on another web site. It was listed as healthy and packed with fiber. A single 1 1/2 cup serving had 53 grams of carbohydrates!!!! One half of a whole day's worth for me! If I exchange ALL the corn and potatoes with cauliflower it might work, but not worth the effort. Different soups for different fooks!
