While it's not monstrously high, it is elevated. Part of what you have to keep in mind is where you were at the time. I am almost that high when I am at a new doctor that I am worried about. But at home I usually run at about 100/60. So I don't worry about the occasional high as I know it's normal most of the time. If that is the only reading you have, then you should think about getting a meter and tracking it. Then you will have good info to provide to your doctor.
