having trouble at I walk a lot at work have to miss days on 300mg of Lycia is there any help out there should I see another doctor other than my family doctor

Why can't you simply tell your doctor that the medication (I am presuming you mean Lyrica) is not working for you. From what I understand, 300mg of Lyrica per day is a low dose and maybe you need more. Work with your current doctor before seeing a specialist.
