I had no problems with it and it helped me tremendously. I was actually on double the normal maximum daily dose for a while. I am now on no med, but that is due to my pancreas transplant. I did find that Reglan (aka metaclopramide) helped somewhat. Also eating smaller portions and fewer bulky/high fiber foods helped me when I had serious problems.I also found that simple exercise like walking helped my digestion too.

If you don't mind my asking, are you a man? It is typically not as good for men as it is also used in women to aid in lactation. So it can have hormonal effects.
