Three things any diabetes specialist in the world will tell you:

1. Walk, everywhere, whenever, with whomever you can.
2. Drink plenty of water.
3. Make sleep a priority.

If you do at least these three things, and eat with minimal common sense and moderation, "the only thing you'll have to fear is fear, itself"...

PS: If you have the opportunity, I'd urge everyone (with fear) to please read Franklin Roosevelts' first inaugural address to the nation (March 4th, 1933). The greatest obligation we have to our country is to care for ourselves and our families and respect & protect the rights of others. I think if we do that, we'll be ok.
