What are you trying to sort out as far as carbs and calories? Do you need to lose weight and keep your carbs at a certain level?

I am trying to lose some 5-10 lbs and get off meds for type 2 diabetes, also bring my high cholestrol down without meds.

I have been using the carb counting and that has worked for me. The problem I have been has been structuring my time to include more exercise. A self discipline area.
