The First Year: Type 2 Diabetes by Gretchen Becker
    danalynng posted:
I was diagnosed with Type 2 in September of last year. This book has been a Godsend. It is laid out by day/month in living and learning sections to teach both about the disease and how to live with it. I recommend any newly diagnosed Type 2 read this book, it will help make sense of all the information you are being given and the emotions you are feeling.

Thanks for the book recommendation. I'm always looking for books that people find helpful. I've heard recommendations for The I Hate to Exercise Book for People with Diabetes; has anyone read that? ~Lynn @Glucerna
