Read and Pay attention to the food nuitrition food labels

Look at all the "light", "smart", and "healthy" frozen food entrees as the sodium and carbs totals are very high. You may think that these entrees are convenient and healthy, but they are packed with fat and carbs you don't need and once eaten, you don't feel full. I find that if I plan ahead and pre-make most of my meals eaten outside the home, the fat, carb, and sodium levels are manageable. A portion of grilled/broiled haddock/cod is only 93 calories, no fat and no carbs. Add two cups of field green mixed salad, a spray of good vinegar, a small whole wheat roll, and a piece of fresh fruit and you are eating healthier than ever. You will find yourself satisfied and save a lot money.

Not making time for you is never a good excuse. Been there, done that, through with it!
