OT Lipitor Rebate
retiredgramps posted:
Late this fall/winter Lipitor will no longer be patent protected and generic Lipitor can be sold. To protect their interest the maker
(Pfizer) has offered a rebate on the purchase of Lipitor in order to keep its customers after the patent expires. Pfizer will rebate up to $50 a month each month from now till 12/31/2012 for the purchase of Lipitor. In order to qualify you must pay at least $4 a month for the Lipitor and the State or Federal Gov't can't subsidize your payment. Your own personal insurance can make payments with you making a co-payment. My brother took his 3 month prescription to his pharmacy and he paid $12. I sent my receipt from my mail order pharmacy for a 90 day prescription and received $58( my cost was $70). The phone number is 1-888-547-4867 and the automated system will ask if you want the $4 co-pay card, which you do. After you give certain info you will receive the Rebate package in the mail in about 4 weeks.

I put this out here because I know a lot of us diabetics also have problems with high cholesterol. If this info violates the forums rules then I sure it will be deleted.
