    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Low carb PB&J
    flutetooter posted:
I usually don't eat sweets at all but here's a 10 carb peanut butter & "Jello": 1 slice 5 net carb Healthy Life bread, toasted, 2 T natural (no sugar added) peanut butter (5 carbs), and Strawberry Jello sugarfree (0) snack container (premade). Yum! Be sure to eat some protein with it, like a slice deli ham to slow down the entry of the 10 carbs into your blood. The fat in the peanut butter will help also.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!

That sound good flute! Thank you for sharing.

I bet my kids would love that as an after school snack. Although not diabetic, I find that a snack with protein helps ward off the "growly hour".
