EG,I just ordered Dr Fuhrmans gentle care vit/mineral supplement. It leaves out the all the harmful stuff like folic acid and vit A.I'm guessing you probably take it daily...one or two capsules?

Hi jc,

I have at times taken 1 Gentle Care daily, but I take 2 now.

It has some antioxidants also, like broccoli floretts. Anyway, I take 2.

Best regards, EngineerGuy

EG,I never really felt bad I just had some sub par blood work. But I am starting to gain back some weight which I needed since my weight had dropped far too low.I can't understand why I don't feel tired and yet I have (or had) low iron and anemia along with bone marrow supression.I think I got plenty of iron with all of the greens I eat(at every meal)...the problem was likely some of the many supplements I was taking(herbs)blocked absorption.I have another blood test in a few months and I expect to see everything back to normal by then.
