This would explain why I know many healthy,active older people(85-95)who eat the SAD.Once we move from a mechanistic model of reality(Newtonian Mechanics)to a quantum model(modern physics)it open a very new way of looking at reality that often seems counter to common sense.....but that happened in science well over 60 yrs ago.The conventional common sense model (Newtonian Mechanics) was superseded by very different ways of looking at reality.

So when someone says belief wont save you from a bad diet they are quoting common sense 19th century science theories.Outdated theories.
