My Endocronologist wants me on an 1800 calorie diet and count my carbs...Part of my humolog insulin regimen depends on the amount of carbs I consume per meal, but I don't know how many carbs per day I'm allowed?

It depends on what percentage of your food intake the endocrinologist wants you to eat as carbs.

If it is for example 60%, then you can eat about 260g of carbs.
