    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Hi I am new to this site and to expanding my knowledge on better eating choices. My husband loves the chocolate chip cliff bars and eats on a day with a slim fast shake for lunch. Than he eats normal rest of the day and drinks tones of water and works out every day. I recentally start tasting some of these bars and I have to say I like the luna brand better. I can eat those, usually a half of one tho cuz i get a little full and tired of taste. I notice that they are high in fat caliories.....I was wonderding how healthy are these snack bars and how offten can they be eatean a day...to help loose weight and to maintain a weight lost goal, but still enjoy a bar? also can I eat half my bar and some friut like a cup of watermelon, would that be a healthy mid morning or mid afternoon snack? please respond thank you.
