Can you give me your experience with the HCG diet? i need to lose about 50lbs. I have tried just about everything. exercise, atkins, weight watchers, otc diet pills. nothing works. i will lose a pound or two here and there, but thats it. i have type 2 diabetes and am menopausal due to having a hysterectomy several years ago.

Have you had a complete physical or met with a nutritionist? If you are truly unable to lose more than a pound or two, this could be an indication of a larger problem.

Hi there! Each person must have an individualized diet, because each one has different factors to consider to make a certain diet program work for them. If you have already tried many types of diet and none of it satisfies you, you must look for another that could truly make a good result on you. Before indulging yourself with any type of diet procedure, may it be natural or with the use of modernized techniques, make sure that you have consulted experts about your present health condition and your past health problems to make a consideration and not to automatically perform a diet program without an assurance of your safety.
