You have received excellent suggestions ! I, too, am dealing with some medical problems which have fine-tuned my eating habits. All of the above is important. I pleased to see someone talked about protein at one point. Psychologically, I have given my "inflated" body parts funny names, turned embarassing moments into funny stories, etc. - I physically use my mouth and smile - the muscles, etc. involved literally make you feel better - go ahead and try it ! Cheers !
