I've been taking the Roca Labs formula for a few days now. Thankfully I bought it on Kijji from someone else at half price. I only have about 12lbs to lose and am very fit. I work out regularly but menopause has taken it's toll. This product is a rip off DO NOT BUY IT. I'm just as hungry as ever and have followed the instructions and even taking the dose 2x a day. Therefore the 107 doses supplied will only give out about a 53 day supply not the 5 month as advertised. You would be better of to buy some psyllium from a health food store and mix with water for a better and much cheaper effect. Not only that I have very diarhea each day I take it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The thing is I think most people know that by eating healthy, exercise and counting calories is the way to lose weight, but the vast majority of us need a tool to help us. With this product and other diet aids out there it helps to manage our hunger. I have seen many people of success from this and other diet aids while others have not. Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean it won't work for me. Just like hcg some people swear by it, but many also say its a waste. I think we all just need to find what works for us. If you only had 12lbs to lose why would you even consider this product? You wouldn't consider having weight loss surgery for 12lbs. And if you bought it off a site like ebay and it was used how do you know that you received the entire 107 doses or that it wasn't tampered with? Someone could have sent you a bag on Metamucil?

I purchased mine straight from the company, It is not a miracle pill, but it sure can help you if you follow the instructions and do your part. I am happy with it so far.
But yes, weight loss can be obtained only by comsuming less calories that you burn, and this product is helping me eat less, therefore comsuming less calories.
Good luck with your weight loss and remember: calorie intake - exercise= weight loss

It's really safe to order it on their website. I ordered mine early this year, January, I had no problem on ordering, customer service is great! I didn't encounter problems at all while ordering. It's not a miracle formula, but I did lost 43lbs from it. I still have great respect with Roca Labs. But I still wish you all the best with your weight loss.

A friend of mine purchased the Roca Labs formula through the Roca Labs site. She says that the support team is friendly and answers all of her questions with great knowledge about the product. She has been successful at losing weight with the Roca Labs. This is definitely not a miracle drug, but it is used as a support to help her lose weight.
Because of the formula she's more active and making healthier food choices. She's eating her favorite foods in moderation and has lost 15lbs so far. She wants to lose a total of 35lbs and she's on the right track to doing so. She's disciplined in her weight loss journey and she WILL reach her goal.

Can you move this to the Weight loss community in the mini gastric bypass no surgery diet group? It really would be most helpful and a service to the adherrents of the Roca Lab product.

Just out of curiosity, I looked at the Roca Labs website. After watching the video, I have zero interest in their product. I've been basically doing the same thing with just cold water for 14 weeks and I've lost 33 pounds. I count my calories on WebMD's website and drink 64 oz of water a day. In the beginning weeks, I would feel hungry in the evenings or even in the middle of the night. So I would just drink an extra glass of cold water, and I would then stop feeling hungry. Works every time, and I don't have to worry about the side effects, the cost, or whether it's blocking the food nutrients that my body needs to stay healthy.
Tip: I buy zero calorie, caffeine free sparkling flavored water (large 33.8 fl oz size) and add just one ounce to a 20 ounce glass and then fill with filtered cold tap water. That gives it just a hint of flavor that I can change daily if I want. Although, about half the time I drink plain water now. That mix helped in the first couple weeks when I wasn't used to drinking so much water and needed that hint of flavor. My favorite brand is called Fruition with flavors like Tangerine Lime, Tropical Fruit, Peach, etc., that I get at a Giant Eagle grocery store. No doubt most grocery stores has something similar. It works for me.

We live in a day and time where people work long hours and have long commutes to and from work and have to make dinner and put their kids to bed. Not everyone has time to count calories. The Roca Labs formula alleviates this by physically filling your stomach so that you can only eat a small portion of food. It's not supposed to be used as a meal substitute but helps to help you eat less. The formula contains Vitamin C, B6, B12 and healthy fibers to keep you regulated.
My Aunt has used the product successfully and after two and a half months on the product she's lost 36lbs. She looks great!!
