Been working out, not losing weight, changed routine & workw/personal trainer 3 times/week ingroup, foloow diet he gave me, still not losing when not working with trainer go to gym & work either upper or lower body w/ weights as I have done for months(no its not muscle have fat thighs, upper arms, belly, very nasty. Even tried pills. So what the devil am I doing wrong sick of being fat chick.

Your diet is probably too high in calories; try experimenting with cutting it somewhat.
