I am 70 yrs old. and need some HELP. I go swimming arob. 3 times a week. But I need some sections on lose weight. I have tryed every diet there is. So HELP

Hi there anon
I bet you never tried to change your eating habits forever instead of a diet .. Diets work for a while but they are temporary fixes changeing your lifestyle gradually tweaking your eating habits as you go along exercise a bit every day .
eat more fruits and vegies limit meats and nuts have fat free milk and yogurt change to whole grains avoid proccessed foods .. drink tea with lemon black coffee water all these things are part of healthy liveing .
the biggest problem with diets is they are over and you go back to old patterns of eating then regain plus a few more pounds thats a vicious circle . I am also 70 been on my lifestyle change for 9 years
