I was supposed to get up and work-out this morning but when I got up I discovered the my AF decided to pay a visit. So, I had to make an emergency trip to the store. So my work-out time for the morning got flushed away. However, my hubby is away at an appt and my daughter is about to take a nap. As soon as she's asleep, I can start my work-out. Hopefully nothing will interupt it.

What type of exercise are you doing?

Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays are weights, aerobics (25 min program), kettle bell, circuit training, and crunches. Tues and Thur are pilates, 1 hour of aerobics (includes crunches) and kettle bell (on tuesdays) or circuit training (on thursdays). I also include walking 4 days per week.
