I have chronic pain throughout my body, I have difficulty in just doing
everyday things. There is not a second that goes by that I am not in
pain.
Walking thru the grocery store will put me down for one to two days
after. Showering is tiresome, using my arms to brush my hair or
whatever is almost impossible. I suffer from fibromyalgia, R.A., nerve
damage, nueropathy, diabetes and being 50lbs. over wieght. What
kind of exersize could I do that would help me not only get fit and
lose wieght but, might also help with the pain?

Hi 245587, have you ever looked into Isometric Exercises? If you google it theres a few good sites listed, like the one Isometric Exercise to do at your desk.
You could also google Isometric Exercises Utube and watch videos of them being done to get an idea. They are considered Passive resistance exercises and would be good for stretching and strength training without hurting your joints .
