are you sure that's not 3689 calories a week? Because, no, unless you eat close to 5000 calories a day, 3689 isnt really all that possible. Well, maybe if you taught a full day's worth of Zumba classes or if you are a toddler because I just read that active toddlers burn about 2500 calories in an afternoon of running around a playground.
Have you started charting your daily food intake and calories burned yet anywhere? Fitday.com or here on WebMD (food and fitness planner) will tell you how much to eat and exercise.
If you follow the requirements, and drink all of the water, you should drop around 2 lbs a week. You will probably lose quite a bit at first, as most of us drop water weight first, then it levels off to the normal losses.
I've lost 47 lbs since January 3. And I eat well.
Eat breakfast because that sets the pace for your entire day. Try to eat the snacks (light ones) and all three meals. If you eat raw, fresh foods more often and NOTHING from the frozen foods and snacks aisles, you will for sure be cutting sodium, fats and calories from what I'm betting is your normal way of eating.
Eat whole grain/whole wheat items instead of white rice, pasta etc. and substitute small sweet potatoes for your white potatoes.
