Taking Tylenol PM at night after taking diet pills

I am currently taking Fastin diet pills to help control my appetite and help me lose weight, and they are working better than anything I have taken so far. I take one in the morning and one after lunch as directed and usually go to bed around 10pm, but I am constantly tossing and turning and waking up multiple times a night. Is it safe to take Tylenol PM to help me sleep at night after taking the diet pills during the day?

If you have a daughter or son, would you allow them to take phentermine (the "phen" from fen-phen) and drop Tylenol PM at night to sleep? Not sure?...Then, please, consult a doctor.

PS: Insomnia (& sleep apnea) is a serious health hazard and a major cause of weight gain. A common side affect of phentermine is insomnia.
