My usual sushi is 5 strips of tuna or salmon and 6 rolls Can anybody respond

If you make your own sushi, it's gonna be easier to "break down" the individual ingredient amounts into calories, simpley because you can weigh each ingred. seperately and then find the corresponding calorie count for them, then "reassemble" the ingred/calories for each piece of sushi.
Something like , 1/3C cooked jasmine or basmati or whatever rice for 6 pcs of sushi, and 3 oz total of salmon or tuna(or however much).... etc . look up calories, add all ingred/calories together, then divide by how many you make 5 or 6 for that batch. That's how many calories per piece of sushi ,,,,, make sure to add to your favorites list if you are doing the food and fitness chart so that you can just clik and drag the next time aroung for menu selections.
