I am really confused. The FDA says drink more plain water, but plain water is terribly tasteless. I add one squirt of Flavor Drops, which contain the additive Sucralose, to make it bearable to drink. Is Sucralose in water bad for you, just like plain sugar.? Does anyone know the difference? Good or Bad?
