After attending my pre-op class yesterday I had a question for anyone who has had the sleeve done. I was told to chew my food to the consistency of "applesauce" before swallowing. Is that a difficult thing to do? I realize the pieces of meat or vegetables will be cut into "dime" size pieces but when you dont drink while eating I was wondering if you found this easy to do. I have visions of food getting stuck in the narrow opening created. I would appreciate any response from persons who have had this proceedure. Thank you Jerseymom 01
