No time to workout

I am a mother, wife, work full time and have and issue w/ depression. I always feel like there is not enough time in a day without including a workout. Now that I am trying to lose weight and find time to work out it seems like my depression gets worse. I have changed my diet & tried to include a workout atleast 5 times a day. I only get about 30min of working out every day which doesnt seem to be enough. I have been at it for about 2 months now and I'm only down 2lbs. I don't take any pills, shakes or anything just a change in food and exercise. Please help!

From my experience, when you begin eating more raw, whole foods and exercising, regularly, you will see "evidence" of your changes quite fast. In your skin, eyes, hair and nails. In your overall disposition and anxiety levels. In other words, you'll know you're on the right path and you'll want more of what you see and feel.

The new food and physical activity will increase hydration (w/ much less salt and sugar consumption) and promote more rest. So, you're urinate more, have more frequent bowel movements and, most importantly, sleep better. Rest is an essential part of weight loss.

Raising young children is stressful and causes one to sleep less. This is not conducive to weight loss and fighting depression...

Can you worry, less?

If the answer is, "Hell No!", then more patience will be required, plus, better portion control and food choices. 30 minutes of exercise, everyday, is plenty, imo. Make a conscious effort, everyday, to stay on top of your emotions through short breaks and walks. Walk away when you begin to lose control.
