I was 400 pounds and had ruen Y gastric stapling surgery. My lowest weight was 160. The surgery was in 2002 and until the last few months I stayed 160-165. But recently have balooned up to the 185. Theer are many things I still cannot eat. Milk products, high fat foods and still ge dumping syndrome at times. I also get anemic from time to time. Any help would be appreciated.
