I am new here and I am trying to navigate around the site. LOL it looks a bit complicated thus far. For example I am trying to log what I had for breakfast but it seems I am doing something wrong. Can anyone help.

Hi BabyD,
In the food and fitness planner, to log your food intake, just log in, click on breakfast or lunch or wherever, and "add your food" . If it is already in the webmd food files, it'll show you options for that food, like peeled or whole or size or whatever. Choose the closest possible choice and log how much you ate.
IF you don't see anything that corresponds to your food, then clik on the breakfast link, open the window and go to the bottom of it, it says "ADD YOUR OWN" . Just figure out the nutrient values of your food with the size of serving and add it on the nutrition label given to you, clik SAVE AS FAVORITE and this will then be saved onto your side menu of faves
Once you start saving favorite foods and recipes, then all you have to do is click and drag into the appropriate spot for whatever meal you had it at.
