Struggling to gain weight & having nausea / sickness after eating breakfast

Hi all, I've just stumbled across this site and am hoping to get some useful suggestions.

I'm a 25 yr old male, 6'3" (190cm) approx 73kg, and have been trying to bulk up and put some weight on for quite a while but can't seem to get any bigger.

The other part of my problem is that most mornings I feel bloated and sick about an hour after eating breakfast sometimes close to vomiting & quite often I'll have diarrhea in the mornings. Very rarely I have also felt bloated and sick in the evenings after eating dinner, only really if I'm getting ready to go out somewhere that isnt part of my normal routine.

I lift weights 3-4 nights a week, I have 3 different workout routines. Usually I work out at night around 7pm about 30mins-1 hour after eating dinner. Then I have a protein shake after my workout and often a tuna sandwich about an hour before going to bed.

I've been trying to eat as much as I can fit in, an average daily routine up until the other week where I have been trying different things would be as follows:

Wake up
Breakfast: Eggs & Toast
Drive to work
Feel sick / bloated
Mid Morning: Yoghurt & Muesli Bar
Lunch: Chicken & Salad Roll
Afternoon: Banana & Mixed Nuts
Dinner: Meat & Veg or Pasta
Workout, Weights (3-4 nights per week)
Protein Shake
Tuna Sandwich

Now I can't seem to eat much more than this, I really need to sort out why Im feeling sick every day and put on some more weight as it's beginning to affect my daily life! Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
