Weight Loss for the Summer season

I am on a mission to lose 60 pounds in 5 months. Im on a 1200 calorie diet and I work out an hour every week. I am 249 lbs, and have not gained or lost weight since giving birth a year ago. Is this a realistic goal? What tips can you offer for maximum and SAFE weight loss? I am not interested in Fad Diets, thanks!
